How do you get it to work? Do I need to have a certain kind of weapon? Also does it work on bosses?

Only works with melee(not ranged). Can stack it with rubbing stuffed bugs for luck, or even use the luck trinket as well to increase the chance to steal. It does indeed also work on bosses to farm items.

use it with sticky fingers you get 2 parts from a fight

Oh okay thanks. I had to start from the beginning forgot to transfer my saves on to my new laptop and I've never had that mutation before.

its an item not a mutation you get it from the gum pile from the tool box and need an explosive arrow

Oh okay thanks. Do you know how to get into this door. It looks like another Pinch Whacker or at least a version of it and I'm trying to get it. I will come back for it later but I'm curious about getting that door open.

With rascal rogue I recommend using a dagger for it's quick attack speed and low damage. But remember Blocking/Parrying is key to survival. Hope this helps.
