My husband bought it for him and myself just last night we both have Microsoft accts. and can not log it not matter what we do.

I just finished talking to Tadeo Gomez about this, and this seems like it's been an issue for quite a few for a while. I understand that issues happen, but I think it's bad business to keep a game on the market (I also blame steam here) without letting people know in advance that one of the major drawing features is not working. And of course, by the time any of us get a response back, it's too late to ask for a refund.

Haha! You thought I didn't?! I have done much more! I even got to the bottom of the tickets in the Windows control panel using this guide, but still nothing works! I haven't played this game with my friends yet! And when I ask Steam to return the money to me, he tells me that more than 2 weeks have passed and that's it, although I only went into it for 30 minutes!
