Help with graphics bug

So when I open the game and my gamma is blown out. I can't find a solution anywhere online. I've changed my graphics and gamma settings that didn't change anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled that also didn't work. Anyone have any idea what maybe causing it.

I had this same problem, and I fixed it by turning off auto hdr.
