About the Milk Molars in the NG+
I know that in NG+ we have new milk molars and higher upgrades, but if we dont find all milk molars on NG+1 and go to NG+2 does we lose the opportunity to upgrade even further or those "old" milk molars from ng+1 still in the ng+2? (because is annoying to find them all before going further)

The regular "White" Molars will all disappear and be replaced, you will loose out on that progress to your upgrades. The Megas "Gold" will stick around until they are all collected.

So if I dont get all the upgrades I will end in disavantage?

I didn't do NG+ yet, but from what i've read so far about this, pretty sure the answer is: SADLY YES !!
Which means you have to tryhard your ass to get all of them every time, and that's kinda annoying to have to check every corners of the whole *** yard in every NG+ but... that's the game x)

Max out health and healing and you'll be fine. I did that and made it to NG+4.

You do not need every Milk Molar-
Fortunately, the option to reduce Thirst and Hunger drain using Molars in NG+ is not required in any capacity- and if you collect every Milk Molar you stumble across then you'll easily pay for all of the Health and Healing upgrades while ignoring the Hunger Drain upgrade.

So you don't need every Milk Molar
Thirst and Hunger while nice isn't needed
the last upgrade for health and i think stamina as well only give you 5 extra HP/Stam so if you have to choose go health over stamina in that regard but 5 isn't much for 6 molars
the early upgrades in each NG+ are the bigger values so missing a few is okay.
But maxing out healing is always necessary.
