So if I dont get all the upgrades I will end in disavantage?
Which means you have to tryhard your ass to get all of them every time, and that's kinda annoying to have to check every corners of the whole *** yard in every NG+ but... that's the game x)
Fortunately, the option to reduce Thirst and Hunger drain using Molars in NG+ is not required in any capacity- and if you collect every Milk Molar you stumble across then you'll easily pay for all of the Health and Healing upgrades while ignoring the Hunger Drain upgrade.
Thirst and Hunger while nice isn't needed
the last upgrade for health and i think stamina as well only give you 5 extra HP/Stam so if you have to choose go health over stamina in that regard but 5 isn't much for 6 molars
the early upgrades in each NG+ are the bigger values so missing a few is okay.
But maxing out healing is always necessary.
