Is the fresh edge better than the frosted flake?

I keep on seeing other people say that the fresh edge is better than the frosted flake and im confused which one to use

It's down to preference. Every weapon can be good in the right build. That said they did just nerf the axe mutation so people are saying they suck now, even though it's my main weapon type and it still does giga damage.

This for sure.
But it depends really on what you are looking for.

The Frosted Flake is decent for constant damage due to the stamina you can get back over a longer period of time (mix that with a stamina finale surge charm).
The Fresh Edge does a shorter burst of DPS quicker but you can run out of stamina if in longer fights even with a charm. The attack speed is nothing to laugh at though...
