DPS: broodmother, fire ant, mantis. Black window. (black widow armor is reworked, MUCH stronger now).
Ranged: moth armor
Bowmen: wasp armor
(tho you should stick to wizard hat/crow cap for huge damage boost too).
Tank/block lover: Roly poly
Summoner: queen ant armor
Puncher: infected broodmother armor (fury trinket do explosive damage, allowing to stack quickly).
Support: Black ox.
The thing is the ladybug armor improves all sources of healing, which not only means smoothies but also any other kind of healing like lifesteal, trickle regen ect.
I tested it on a black widow and I was able to easily outheal its damage with the tick sword which is great because even if you are good at parrying sometimes you miss the parryframe especially on the new super fast attacking black widows and this armor in combination with a lifesteal weapon plus bandage and trickle regen literally makes you invincible.
Great for people who are still working on their perfect parry skill since you are not immmediately screwed if you mess up the parry timings.
Better black widow armor? :O I'll have to see this. Thank you! I think I used Broodmother helmet for extra poison damage and aesthetics.
I also remember using the rolly polly one for looks and defense.
I do not remember the summoner armor, and queen ants are a feature I never explored, but I remember reading up on it and think it'd be cool to see, but am worried I'll do anything to permanently ruin my map by picking the wrong side or angering one beyond fix.
I remember using the Ladybug armor. Nice defense, healing seemed eh but appreciated. So if they increased it and added it to all sources of healing, wow. Definitely worth returning to.
Thanks! My main weapon was the strongest 1h axe I think for damage and debuff, since I like fast/hard swings, and it seemed to be the balance between fast daggers and hard-hitting hammers.
Tick sword was great, but the healing seemed eh, so I put it away. I'll try to look back into it. The spear for health drain was good too, I think.
That may be it. I remember only going for raw damage infusions since I liked general use weapons better, with the exception of one I can't remember, but considered specialty weapons for bosses. I just never went ahead with it.
