Save-scum to get Valentine's Fortune trinket?

Anyone know if it's possible to save-scum for this trinket? I saw a Youtube video that said it's only once you break the candy that the games decides whether or not the trinket drops. I managed to get 2 lips to spawn right next to each other in the lower yard but I'm starting to think I just wasted 90 minutes of my life save-scumming to try getting the trinket with no luck. And if it isn't even possible to get the trinket that way then I REALLY wasted 90 minutes

Hello All :3 i just got this damned trinket and ended up with a vast amount of like 2k of rotten food ngl...and then it popped up, keep in mind that this Perk you can get it with the new game+ trinkets which will be much better having this buff along 2 other ones but i get it...i want everything in the game so here is a few of my notes Gorby :3 , i did try to save before sleeping and see if the spawns were rolling in my favour but can say that the game pretty much is one wayforward in terms of spawning or not the lips, what i can tell is that you should ignore the donuts as i choped a lot of them but the lips never came up,(F!!!!!!) Ignore all the food in the trash, and be carefull as the lips then to glitch under the floor, try to enter in 1st person and look down the are of the red blip as your radar detects it, you will eventually see the icon for crushing it, this was so anyoing honestly, devs need to look for this, the sand box, the food spoots from the lower yard and just a few spots from the upper yard such as the plates close to mantis and the chopped stump are your places to go,
now here PLayer Zer01 means that...if you did not get the trinket on this next days....it seems like you can set your PC OR CONSOL TIME back to the 1st of february to make the game thinks is the season...i saw a post talking about exploiting chirstams trees for charcoal so you might as well try, this pulls for the trinkets are for what is saw a lot of rng in my opinion...i dont consider myself lucky since it took me a lot and Aloooot of going back and forward, enjoy the sesons !!! make sure to catch up the lucky hat on march i think !!!
