Scan the planks, then press b. You should have the crafts because when i did so it did gave me the recipe for walls, or maybe just find the superchips

for the roofs you need to scan a clover iirc

For the flooring and foundations you need to buy them from BURGL, press the big machines button and clear the lasers, then push the button again and head to the explosion, there you will find burgl and he will sell you recipes for building! this took me a long time to figure out lol so i hope this helps!
