black ox beetle disappearing glitch

so i just back into grounded. i have fought black ox beetles before but now they seem to get stuck throwing that boulder which causes them to launch themselves into the air and they disappear. has anyone experienced this also?

Their boulders has always been janky.

If you wait long enough they fall back, take massive amount of fall damage.

I remember another old glitch were you use spicy staff. And when they create a boulder it make a spicy splash and hurt themselve lol.

i do use the spicy staff its probably my favorite weapon. the beetle is launched into the air and disappears. this happens mostly in areas where i have built half mushroom walls to section off an area and they are trying to launch the boulder as they are halted by the wall.

That sounds hilarious. I wish enemies would do that for me sometimes!
