Quick question, once you have decided to become friends with a queen ant, can you change this choice in order to poison it?
I really need it to have 100% success

sorry friend, but you can only feed them sandwiches once per ng+ cycle, so you would have to go into ng+ to poisen them

Yup, the above answer is unfortunately correct...
To change a given queen's interaction, you must go to NG+ (at least NG+2 for all actions).
OR, assuming that you still have it, restore a backup pre-dating your queen interaction(s).

* You do not have to perform all three queen interactions to 100% the scorecard

* You DO need all the creature cards (Queens, What they gift to you, and that "other" one)
Therefore, if you want to 100+ scorecard the base game, you need to befriend every queen.
