Animation ghosting?

I'll occasionally get some pretty bad ghosting, as shown in the image. Anything I can do about it? I've got motion blur at 0%, and it'll happen whether or not FSR, Chromatic Aberration, V-Sync are on or off.

I'm having the same issue, tried tinkering with settings, nothing resolved it. Very distracting when it happens.

Been like that since forever, I just assumed it's the game engine x)
