Does Infection stack with Overbearing?

Overbearing (Black Ox Set): Preforming a charge attacks has a chance to lower the damage of enemy attacks.

Infection (Rusty Spear, Toenail Scimitar, Rust Arrows): Infection reduces enemy speed and attack damage the more hits it does on the enemy, meaning the more hits the spear does, the more potency of these debuffs overtime.

If they both do the same thing and aren't stacking OR do the same debuff, I'll use red ant instead for the corrosion. Does anyone know if they are unique debuffs / the same / don't stack?

I'm not sure exactly, but from what I've experienced throughout the game, most if not all buffs and debuffs are individually placed. Save for Venom.
