Cheapest way to build zipline tower?
Title says it all. I was wondering what people thought was the most resource effective way to build a zipline tower without having to spend hours wandering around the map for materials?

The best I can come up with is stacking mushroom brick walls, but there is the issue of how to get up it.

I just build spiral stairs up, acorns respawn super fast, and I mass produce crude rope on my 4 spinning wheels any time I don't have excess spider silk or lint, and those are the two main ingredients for the spiral stairs. I always have plenty of both of those ingredients just sitting around in chests.
The only other cost for the spiral staircase is a single weed stem. You can basically get 20 stories up with only one hauling trip (more if you have the Pupa hat).

3 Brick walls stacked.
snap and position Web bounce behind wall.
Bounce to top of wall
3 triangle grass floors
Repeat 10 times or so.

Use dandelion or fall to previous platforms to get more planks. Use at least one ant armor to hold 6 planks at once, so 1 trip for 2 layers.

120 mushroom bricks
60 Grass planks
10x Spiderweb trampolines.

Maybe there is better, but is my go to template for now. Just note entire structure will rely on a single wall piece unless you add ascetic walls to the build. But I've never had a tower attacked.
I use stem scaffolding and grass half floors. With just those two items I can build a really tall tower, then use grass floors to make whatever platform I need to hold the zipline anchor. I also use grass half walls to hold the wall anchors. Most areas have at least these two items so it's quick and easy to construct.
The easiest is probably using clay or pebblet pillars and foundations to build an elevator (basically just stack pillars on top of each other with a foundation & bounce web every 3 floors).
You can carry all the materials in your inventory so you can use them anywhere on the map no matter what materials are around.

And there are several spots where you can farm clay by the stack in a handful of minutes, so getting the materials is easy.

The only downside is that they're horrendously ugly.

this is the best and cheapest for sure, the idea is not from coh tho.
These are all great tips, thank you all.

This is what I originally came up with, which prompted me to ask the question. I doubt it's going to get many design awards. Started with ladders (constantly relocating a single trampoline to move grass planks and weed stems up the structure), but eventually switched to a trampoline per platform, which makes getting to the top a lot faster.

@Bookworm, I dunno, it looks alot like some modern art sculptures at the local art museum. If you die, it will probably sell for good money.
