Save Issues

I'm sure this has been reported before, But I can't seem to find a fix for it.

I seem to have an issue where all of my save files, take me back to a specific location with a different inventory to what I saved with. Everything I have built in the world remains present, depending on what save file I load. The issue is my inventory and position I am standing in all revert, no matter what save I load.

I have been set back quite a few hours as all my T2 equipment has reverted back to T1. If anyone knows how to fix this or whether I have to wait for a patch, would be appreciated.

Edit: Logging out of my account seemed to fix the issue. Thanks for the help.

Same issue here. Logged out with a level 6 armor and when I logged in (either with the manual save or the autosave) it was a level 2 armor again. And my salty antlion sword dissapeared from the storage. Also had a charcoal canteen and torch with me that reverted to canteen+ and torch+. They need to fix this.

Try logging out of, and then back into your Xbox live account? Sometimes it seems the game gets confused and doesn't parse the chars inventory (or unlocked mutations) correctly, logging out of the Xbox live and then back in seems to fix it (for me anyway.)

(No clue why your char is somehow tied to the Xbox live garbage, but it is, which is just pure suckage.)

I wasn't logged in with my Xbox account when this happened. It was as Offline User. I then logged in to see if it fixed it but it didn't. Had to upgrade armor again and craft a new antlion sword.

I had this happen after I tried to sign back in to Xbox live. Didn’t matter what save I loaded from my playthrough. They all put me back at the case where you start (even though I was past that since the update dropped) and with a way different inventory.

Only fix I had for now was signing out of Xbox live. Then my saves properly loaded where I was before and with the right inventory.
