Wasp Queen not spawning

Anyone else have issues with this boss not spawning. I've watched all the videos explaining how to unlock this boss and have followed everything step by step. Destroyed all wasp nests, watched the cutscene and the boss still will not show up. I have slept multiple nights to make sure I have seen all cutscenes available and STILL this boss will not spawn.
