I have all the sites and wonders found, but the quest text says I have 107/108.
The issue is that I have all 108 places found. . .
Shut down the game and restarted it, but still 107/108.

Only thing I can think of is did you open the room yet that leads to new game plus? I think that counts as a site/wonder.

You have some options:
* Compare your found Sites with https://grounded.fandom.com/wiki/Sites_%26_Wonders
AFAIK, this site hasn't been updated yet with the new 1.4 information, but it's a start

* Tell us which area (Grasslands, Pond, etc) and the row/column of the item that's missing
If you had 100% pre-1.4, then you are most likely missing the:
ReMix.R in the Grasslands

I have the (possibly) same issue, specifically caused by the Hedge Ascent landmark. The 1.4.3 patch includes an intended fix for that landmark, but it didn't resolve my 107/108 issue with the BURG.L quest.
