I can't seem to unlock this we have done everything up to killing the assistant manager which we did without having salty weapons. We also completed the table what have i missed I have tons of salt and the oven.

And to get Into the Minilab in the Sandbox, next to the Picnic Table, you need to get the Asst Mngr Card, from the Black Ant Lab. Hope that helps a little.
