does cutman stack?

on the wiki it states that critical attacks have a 50% chance to inflict bleed that does 20 damage per second for 5 seconds, my question is if i have a full set of assassin armor would that mean its 100% when a crit hits and dealing 60 damage a second for 5 seconds?

I haven't used the assassin armour but I know other sets like the broodmother one don't stack damage. I'm not sure about the percentage though

Don't use a full set of assassin armor, it's not worth it. If you do use it, use one piece.

Stacking only stack the % chance to inflict the effect, it doesn't make the debuff/DoT stronger.
