No quartzite glob recipie?

For some reason, after unlocking the advanced construction equipment, I built myself a grinder and an oven, then went exploring for some quartzite. When I came back to upgrade my equipment, however, I realized I did not have the quartzite glob recipe unlocked.

Guessing this is a bug, since everyone else seems to be making it just fine, so if there's a way to reload the recipes or something, that'd be a big help.

Quartzite glob is unlocked late. I believe it’s from the Black Ant lab BURGL chip IIRC.
