Where to Collect

Are there any YouTube videos that specifically focus on where to find the folders, tapes, etc. I've searched around the pond lab so many times and I cannot find one thing. The same will most likely happen when I go looking through the other labs. I'm trying to get the 100% report card achievement, I NEED to find everything without having to search for hours.

The folders in the pond haven’t moved around I think there is a guy called partisan spy he has videos showing where the folders are
