Glitch in sites and wonders?

i have all sites and wonders according to the data tab - but in the burgl quest i still need 3 more (105/108)
any1 got an idea why this is happening?

You have NOT discovered all 108 Sites yet (and, yes, 108 is correct after Fully Yoked Update)

The Data Tab does not show the correct numbers until you discover some of them.

if you play multi-player,
* It's possible 2 of your sites (before Fully Yoked) have glitched out (I've heard it happens)
There is supposed to be a fix, but I don't play multiplayer and can't recall the details...
