Cloud saves not staying synced

Anyone having issues with the cloud saves not staying synced when playing between PCs? I play on my desktop when at home and my laptop when away. Three times now I've gone to play on my laptop and Steam tells me the game data is out of sync. No matter what I do the only way I can fix it is reopening Steam on my desktop and then going in to play on my laptop. I've searched everywhere through the settings of the client and game to find anything out of place but everything seems to be set right. This is the 2nd game title to do this to me.

The only resolution is to reach out to "[e-mail]"

Then you'll need to Email the Save file to yourself to bypass the actual de-sync issue
