Spicy safety mutation is a MUST for this boss, literally halve all the damage she does.
Corporate kickback is good too as it trigger often for full heal in seconds.
The thing is the boss has different speed for the combo.
When she does her fastest one, it does less damage and BARELY build any block gauge unlike the slower attacks.
In a nutshell
Parry her attacks BUT block the fastest attack instead.
Broodmother armor is bad cuz all of its effects are useless against this boss. I recommend to use fire ant armor due to its corrosion effect and a fresh toenail scimitar due to its fast speed (procs corrosion faster) and infection debuff. The other reason why a fast weapon is better in this fight is due to how fast the third phase is.
Also using the fungal charm will make a significant difference for the unblockable attacks.
Before the fight get as much buffs as you think are useful. Infection mount works as well here.
Use the two mutations the person above me mentioned, the two other ones should be ones that boost damage, in this case it will be blademaster (which debuffs the boss even more) and coup de grass.
Practice the perfect blocks. You won't get through the third phase otherwise. The more you get hit, the higher the permanent debuffs will be. And definitely block that scream, if you don't, you're screwed.
You need practice. I couldn't perfect parry combos in phase 3 until I fought it for a couple hours, then the rhythms clicked.
I recommend fighting in 3rd person, it helps a ton with visibility. Even more so, you'll eventually get a feel for the choreography of the fight and where to expect her (like turning quickly for those pesky side jumps).
Having maxed out/best gear for the fight is a prerequiste. Beyond that, just keep trying and you'll get better and better at the fight
