Game didn't save! Lost progress TWICE

My siblings and I started playing grounded around 2 weeks ago in multiplayer. The first time we were on day 47 when we logged off for the night, came back the next day and all the progress was gone. The latest save file we had was day 24. So we decided to start again, got to day 41 logged off and the same thing happened. Only this time all the progress was gone. Incredibly disheartening. We really enjoyed this game but have decided to drop it and won't be returning until this problem is fixed.

Never encountered this issue, I have near 200 hours in the game. Might help if you gave some info like all pc? any xbox?

If playing on steam disable steam cloud saves(steam has been known to cause this problem with their cloud service), make sure your save location isn't set to read only(windows updates sometimes cause this) your antivirus may be falsely flagging the game overwriting files(your save) may help to tell it to make exceptions for grounded(don't play with randoms if you do this)

Long story short, whatever the problem is, it's not with the game itself, but a problem with the host's PC, waiting is never going to fix it.
