Pinch Whacker and friendly fire

Aside the Sturdy Shell trincket, is there any other way to mitigate or negate friendly fire?

Also, is there a way to not puch back my friends when the pinch whacker procs its ability

There a friendly fire mutation that help too to dramatically reduce the damage.

Unfortunately there no way to not annoy your friends beside removing the friendly fire in custom setting.
