You need to destroy 3 small wasp nests. Then the enter to wasp queen lair will open. Near the Javamatic, yes

destroy wasp nest until you receive a message indicating that the [Wasps want you gone] .
Go to sleep and you'll trigger cutscene

like others are saying, there are many smaller wasp nests around the upper yard search them out, they are pretty obvious once you see the wasps then after you destroy a few, go to bed and you will get a cutscene, go to the hole in the brawny bin (The big toybox thing) and go to the top into the wasp nest, inside will be the arena and the recipe for the Queen Bee summon

i realized that the wasp boss is way stronger than the mantis boss and i havent even killed him yet so im just not gonna fight the wasp boss
