Can you add mods and still get achievements?

Can you add mods and still get achievements? or is it like with the custom settings?

Haven't used mods in this game but I don't think they block achievements. You could always load up a new game with mods to see if any achievements do or don't proc.

Do you have any achievements unlocked yet? If not and you want to test a certain achievement to see if it works, I would go for the Fine dining achievement by cooking a bug on the roasting spit or the Block Buster which is perform 10 perfect blocks in a row.

The latter one is super easy to do and you can knock it out fairly quick. Just find those mites biting on the laser power cable and block away. Also a good way to get the weapon specific mutations unlocked.
