Don't even try it.
I installed Grounded on my Sandy Bridge 2500k and a 680 GTX. It was not pretty.

I have an AMD FX-6300 (same age, I´d say your cpu kicks mine by far.) and a Radeon RX570. 16 gig RAM. I have OC CPU to 4.2 ghz and run this game on pretty much max settings. Average FPS 50-60. I suppose a GPU upgrade would do you good. I paid around 40 bucks for mine.

It runs fine for me, only other thing to your setup is a radeon HD 7800. And i have a worse cpu.
I only have trouble in the cinematic sequenzes, which appear just a couple of times in the hole game.

the only thing i think is bottlenecking your rig is your gpu. everything else seems fine unless there's some compatibility issues. my old gtx 1660 ti ran this pretty well if you're looking for a moderately cheap middle/low tier gpu, try getting one of those. price range is $200-$400. honestly though if you're looking at that price for a new gpu, the 30 series is about the same price and roughly a gen or 2 behind newer models.
