Disappointed in current sale

i am disappointed and actually kinda disgusted with the publishers of this game.....i have had it on my wish list for almost 2 years and this is the first sale larger the 10% but,what i just noticed is the games price has been increased to $40 which make the current sale of 25% off return the price of the game back to its original price it was 2-3 months ago of $30. that makes all the 10% off sales i passed up better value then the current sale. i guess i will just be deleting this game from my wish list as there are now already 4 other clones of this game out and some of them have better features.

So the current price of Grounded of 39.99 has been that price since September of 2022 which is when the game went out of Early Access. And as typical for games moving out of early access the price went up. And honestly for 40$ this game has so much value I consider it a steal but to each their own.

Well, actually, it was 33% off for the winter sale which was cheaper than the EA price. So, you could wait for the next big event sale and see what happens.

Should of just bought the game when it was $30, or if you wanna continue to be a major cheapskate go buy xbox game pass ultimate or the pc pass.

The game has had three sales[steamdb.info] since it left Early Access. The first was -25%, the second was -33% & then the current sale, -25%. Where's this mysterious -10% sale you speak of? It certainly wasn't on Steam.

You're disgusted that the publisher raised the price of the game to reflect the 2 years of content, features, optimization & bug fixes[grounded.fandom.com] that was added during Early Access.

Its max discount ever was 33%, so I wouldnt expect even a 50% any time soon.
