Is there a special creature card i'm missing?

I just (finally after lowering the difficulty to medium) beat the infected broodmother and I did peep her and she was the final creature I needed to finish the peep them all achievement but I somehow didn't get it. I checked my databook and I had all creatures peeped for certain so i'm guessing maybe there's a secret one at the very end of the game maybe i'm missing?

(Yes I've done the secret bosses as well I don't want to spoil what they are)
