Glorious Recipe odd icon for it

Trying to get 100% Report Card, and checking through the Data, Stuff, I found this list of recipe notes. I have all of them, but the icon for Glorious Recipe shows like this. What does that mean? Thx

If so, that really sucks, because I can't just pick it up again. It's not there.

Oh, ok, thanks. Weird that that one is different from the other five.

Now, I wonder what I'm missing from 100%... the hint system is very not helpful.

Ah, ha! I was missing one SCA.B module and some Ominent notes. None of them were in the numbered lists, so I had to look them up online. So, this strange icon wasn't holding me back afterall!
