Weapon glitchs away

Why does my weapons always tend to glitch away? NOt the first time, but now even my safety files are to recent to hop back to the time i still got the weapon. thanks obsidian for deleting my level 9 widow dagger

Are you sure it's a glitch and not an infected gnat? When they bump into you they will knock whatever item you are holding out of your hand.

that sounds like what it was, hit "esc" - "options"- and "load" the save before you lost it.
