Health And Safety Badge

I just found the Health And Safety Badge and i seriously question the usefulness of this item. All the others are the same, with a negative that is ok suffering to gain the relative strong benefit. But the Health And Safety Badge is just off.

If you only loose HP while in combat, or you get a buff every time you attack that stops the health loss for 5 or so seconds that would be ok but as it is you can't run around with it equipped as you constantly loose HP.
Can you die from it? I didn't test it, but if yes it is worthless.

I use this badge for my lifesteal build and its very good. The health drain is negligible Having guaranteed life steal is always worth it if that is what you are going for. If you're just using this for a generic build that you run around the yard with casually I would not recommend

I literally pick up this badge and place it in a storage box never to pick up again.

What Deadman said. Probably great for lengthy battles, such as those against bosses or black widow

Yeah I guess if you are about to do one of those Bosses or heck a Black Widow this might be a good badge. But like Deadman said if all you do is run around the yard this is bad. In fact I did not even try to look at how much health it gives back per hit, the "wound" effect already made me tick down so hard I didn't want to do more testing, lol. But I will definitely try it out with the next Boss or bigger enemy.
It is just such a pain, if they added gear setups that you can switch as easily as Mutation setups that would help.
