Also a tip: use Stabbing weapons, they are weaker against them vs everything else although they still take less damage it's not as bad. I use a Tiger Mosquito Rapier for the heals.
Take some food, drink some slurpies, pop a bandage, adjust your mutations accordingly...like mithrodatism, parry, blade, and stamina and health. I've been playing around with equipping the trickle gen accessory also.
Still experimenting, but I've killed quite a few now. Haven't died to a black widow since my first one.
As a rule, I take out the babies first with my spice wand. Then I switch to the tiger mosquito rapier and wittle her down.
If my health starts to dip, mosquito blood or some food. I usually have 5 or so cooked pieces of food just in case, but lately I don't need any or just one or two.
The black widow still kinda freaks me out, even though I've killed quite a few.
