Have you ever been to Rake Rock Point Cave?

** spoilers ahead **

I fell into this cave's top entrance to get some Raw Science and jumped right back out because I was scared. I jumped back in again to further explore and couldn't get out. After 20 or 30 attempts I managed to jump out again. The wiki says you are not supposed to be able to do this. lol

So anyway, I knew there was a Wolf Spider in the main entrance, because I could barely see his legs. I threw a bratburst bomb down there and lit him up. He came up and I ran across the grass bridge I made over the haze pit. This confused him. I managed to get him stuck on some dry grass and skewered him with arrows. He was beaten badly!

I knew there was an Orb Weaver in the cave because I could see him through the top entrance. I managed to fire at him until he died.

I then cautiously entered the cave. I heard this cave is the longest spider cave in the game. I didn't know what to expect. At the first sign of trouble, I was going to run for my life.

I met some Spiderlings, which were disposed of. I got lots of marble! I made it down to a pool of water. I saw the dead Orb Weaver across the water. I made it over and found the pure white bones of someone's pet hamster. There was some gum there, but I do not have the tool to mine it.

This was the end of the cave. lol I thought it was going to be a lot longer. I thought I was going to get a butt beating in there. Glad I didn't. That was fun. I'm going to let the creatures respawn so I can do it again!

I've only been playing this game for a month, but I'm very impressed with the world the developers have made. It's very unique with nice, creative touches. I also like the color palette.

If you've ever been to this cave, how did you make out?

If you're talking about a cave within the haze area, not far from the lab, the "official" way out is where the wolf spider is. But when I went there I already had ladybug armor and ||pinch whacker||, so it wasn't an excessive threat anymore.

killed the spiders walked in and out via the rock marked entrance. but i have coaltana so spiders be chumps.

Yeah it's actually quite a small cave. Ladybird larva cave is probably the biggest in the game I think. I remember being shocked how long it just kept going.
