When is the frostbitten recipe available?

I thought the frostbitten recipe becomes available after I rescue Dr Wendell Tully, obviously not.. it's not on the trolley where it's supposed to be. I've searched online for some time looking for answers but can only find info on WHERE to find the recipe. I still have the JavaMatic mission to complete but, I've seen others with the fridge without having completed that mission.. what am I missing?

you go under shed for that, and the boss down there. I have the same Issue. I got all of the files down there. and got no fridge recipe.

You maybe just missed the recipe on the desk/trolley. It is in the room you rescure Wendell from, on the right if looking from the entrance.

I'm having exactly the same issue right now, I also have the Javamatic mission active, found and handed all the Chips over to Burg.L but there is no recipe on that trolley, which actually just ruined my desire to keep playing that savefile (public beta test). All I wanted was that one recipe (FINALLY!), and it's simply not there! :( ... please fix this @devs!!

I went back to see If I missed it. I did not. I think it's a new glitch.

It sounds like you and me are in the exact same position (literally).. after all that hard work it's soul destroying I'm hoping the devs will see this post and provide some well needed answers..

Well if you are playing the public test then issues are expected. It may even have changed positions in the public test.

I did think they may of changed it's location in the update but then it would make much sense being anywhere else other than outside the walk-in fridge where it's normally found. I've searched everywhere inside that lab and I cant see it anywhere.

exactly I have finish the game once already. this is my second play thru. it is nowhere in the Man.t lab.

On test branch the recipe is on the desk in the first little room in the under shed. Dont need to go all the way to the Mant lab anymore

@atheist: @SyriosOne is right (thx for the reveal!!)! It is located in the first room if you use the "under the shed" entry, behind the shelves on the table, a white piece of paper ;)!
