Trapper Peep.r Mutation. How to unlock?

I've been reading mixed things.
One side said that you nee to Peep everything. Another that you need a number of gold cards.
Another that all gold cards.

If you need to peep all of them, can you not unlock it if you didn't peep the one time fight bosses?

It's bugged.

It won't unlock at all even with 14 gold cards. I peeped all creatures too, and it still did nothing.

That's what I heard too. I just wanted to make sure. Thank you kindly. I contacted their customer support page too.

I was using the crit build with mantis gear, and found out about the mutation and thought that'd go well.

The wiki says that you need 20 gold cards for the first phase of the mutation, 40 for phase 2 and 59 for phase 3. It increases damage dealt when inflicting a Critical Hit (20%/40%/60%).

Its been a year but its with 20 gold cars, not 14..

And 60 out of 64 gold cards will get you level 3

This was one of the biggest reasons I stopped playing. Since characters are Server-Specific.
I was more than happy to grind it out until I unlocked it, so when my friend was ready, I can join and we can get him set up quickly.
Then I was told despite the massive grind, if I joined, I'd have to start over.

I think recently they added an option to allow all mutations to be unlocked right away, but it my personal preference is to let me use the character I worked for to play with buddies, instead of only being able to level up that character when that friend is online at the same time as I am.
