Best Trinket for Staves?

I was wondering if there are any trinkets worth using with the staves? I am under the impression the elemental trinkets do not work, nor does Thor's, so which works best? Thanks :)

candy charms stack. spicy charm, spicey staff. salt charm with salt mace. and so on.
Thor's trinket does work. it enhances all of your stats.

I suggest sara's charm since staff are kinda frails.

Thanks for the feedback! I thought the candy charms didnt work, but ill be sure to use them if they do! Only one I cannot seem to get is Spicy.
