No more Perfect Blocking?

Hey, is anybody getting a bug where they can no longer perfect block? I'm literally a master at it normally. Since the latest update I haven't been able to perfect block a single enemy once in 6 hours of gameplay. Nothing with my armor, my weapons or anything has changed.

Help?

I haven't noticed a change. Just this morning I did a perfect parry on a mosquito, which I normally fail to do because of the crossbow reload animation; I don't get my weapon switched in time. I was very proud of myself.

I havent noticed a change, I actually just got the perfect block 10 times in a row achievement last night

Are you by chance using the Barbarian mutation? Its description says something like "you can no longer time your blocks correctly."

one of the keycard items also disables perfect block to increase damage dealt
