question on items

If someone joins your game, takes items then logs out. How do you get said items back?

Not too bad if those items are replenish-able again, but some items (pinch whacker, accessories and a couple other items) that are NOT craftable and probably only found 1 time, are lost to the game. Would be nice if people who join and log out those items automatically go back into storage again or at least have then be player made once they have found/unlocked them

Only if they log back in, and put them in a stash or drop them on the ground while you're on.

However, they can only use 'those' items in your game.
Unless it's an event-made item, everything is craftable after you discover the recipe.

well these new items dont look like they are craftable - Pinch Whacker (Weapon), Rotten Berry Charm and Toxicology Badge (both accessory items) are 3 items that i can remember and are not craftable so only 1 in game.

Guy took all and also took all the rotten gear items i had found (but most of those are craftable anyways, not to mention crafted ones are better than rotten ones) its the ones that cannot be craftable or obtained again that peeves me off with people that log in to try and ruin other players games.

I also have no idea who it was either, they were not in my friends list and i have MP enabled since i play with a friend. Luckily i had a save game pre the guy logging in but it cost me 3hrs gameplay time today.
