Inventory messed up, how to fix ?

Hello, I tried to grab items from my pet inventory after it died, couldn't take all of it, but since i have 2 free slots in my inventory that i can't use (game say inventory is full) i tried closing the game and restarting but i still have those slots that i can't use, do you know any fix ?
