If your temps are high thats a issue with your cooling not with the game.
I won't talk about bugs or anything other people told you, let me show you a new world.
Undervolt your GPU
You can even undervolt your CPU, I only did it with AMD not sure how it works with your intel.
Undervolting GPU can be done with MSI aftrerburner, just watch a video, don't worry you won't damage your GPU or CPU.
You will gain performance, needs a bit of fine tuning.
Your hardware will be cooler, -10c on CPU + ~500 on cinebench. Depends on your settings.
My GPU, runs with 50 wats less and I gained +700 points in 3DMark. If your undervolt is bad, 3D Mark just crashes, settings are software so you don't overwrite your GPU or anything, don't remember how much cooler it runs now, but I have a good shroud so heat wasn't an issue anyway.
You will save money on electricity, which is important 'cause some ppl get 500% increase in cost.
tbh your thermals are scary to me, my gpu runs at 59° 100%, tuf 3060 ti
CPU up to 65° (10 Minutes Cinebench 23), Dark Rock Pro 4 r5 3600
RTX 2070 Super and I7-9700K stay under 50° and my system is quiet.
(on first launch, game was set to windowed and my GPU fans quickly started to make noise !)
he ain't wrong here, i use afterburner to "well not undervolt directly" but i set the GPU target temp as low as possible in my case its 65, now the card will auto undervolt as much as it needs to stay around that temp. i do this for years and i'm 99% sure that's why my pc hardware gets OOOOOLLLLLLDDDD, heck my mother is still using my first pc, that beast must be what 20 years by now, ofc she is not a gamer and does only internet and stuff, still 20 year old pc is not common.
Software can't overheat your machine unless you have done a piss poor job and do not have adequate cooling.
1) You're not really running that great of hardware to begin with. It's a low budget build, which is fine if that's your price range, but you shouldn't be expecting $2000+ performance from $600 build. A decent processor to handle today's games alone costs almost as much as your full rig. Lower your expectations.
2) Budget hardware aside, I'm assuming you're using a stock air cooler as well? Upgrade your CPU fan at minimum. A good fan runs around $60.
Regardless, Grounded is the ONLY game that does this.
Try water cooling or buy a good air cooling solution for 50-100$. Use a good thermal paste brand too.
Clean your PC with compressed air might help as well.
WHY would I if this is the only game that does it? I'm playing more demanded games than this with no problem.
How hot does it get in other games? and what games do you define as demanding?
