Help please, Locked door after the asst manager

Ok fought asst manager. go up one level, forward across the skwalk T shaped , enter room and on the left is a door with a Button to open it but does not work, Door is locked and I cannot open it??? HELP

You need to charge up all the MIX.R's They actually give you the clues to figure out as much, but it's not super obvious if you aren't really looking at things that cannot be interacted with.

I only saw ONE MIX R around i just have to set it off??

You have to set them off and then defend them until they are fully charged, if you fail, they break and you have to repair them before you can try again.
They spawn a bunch of enemies which come to wreck them while charging, btw, and what specific enemies attack varies by mix.r. Basically it's critters from the biome where the MIx.r is located.

There's like.. 8 of them in total. There's a white board in a lab which shows where they are all located, and lights by that door you can't open show you as well, indicating which are charged and which are not.
