I meant if you played it on pc game pass and then later played it on steam can you pick up where you left off?

@MachX7, ahh, you meant save game compatibility, not cross-play. I can't speak from personal experience, but I read a post from someone on reddit that said yes. They said even the x-box console to pc saves are compatible.

They have a feature for world to be saved on a cloud so that any person playing in that world can be the host of it or continue playing on it when others aren't. So probably.

I tried to but it said something along the lines of they need the game too, this post claims that you can have it on either platforms. Am I just dumb or did I do something wrong?
