I would prefer using bug parts for that one too, as it wouldn't limit the amount of weapons I could bring to 9th level.
There actually is enough for 4 player co-op as long as you don't have people waste it on tier 1 gear or multiple sets, or swap out friends. But I admit, it should be a bit more abundant.
They definitely respawn on normal difficulty, don't see why they wouldn't on whoa difficulty. Red ants in fact respawn instantly and in infinitely quantities if your killing them outside the anthill entrance. I killed over 400 of them and the tide never even slowed.
All normal mobs respawn each in game day.
Not the ants, the quartzite and marble is what's not respawning. And from what I read on a different thread apparently that's intentional now.
how do you get much of this?
yep.
on single player, which is all im doing atm, ive upgraded several armors and weapons to level 5. and i still havent explored all the spots for brittle tier.
