cant find lure trap
i have analyzed the flower petals and still cant find the lure trap is this a bug?

No, iirc correctly you unlock it through purchasing it with science. It's should be under traps or something. I'm sure with a little Google sleuthing you can figure it out. I'm pretty sure though it's not unlocked through scanning stuff anymore and instead a BURGL chip unlock.
