Armor Upgrades: Sleek vs. Bulky. Opinions?

I haven’t tried it yet but I use Rolly Polly chest and legs, with broodmother helmet for a heavy set. I figured bulky would be better for me as a cushion since I perfect block whenever I can, but may not do it perfectly against groups. I wasn’t sure if Bulky would be better for me since it protects more, or sleek since I’d use less stamina.

Bulky may add MORE defense, but the cost of no extra bonus ain't worth it.

Thank you kindly for the feedback. I didn't see any bonus so I wasn't sure if it'd be something irrelevant to me.
