Crow Feather?

Hey guys, quick question. Are we suppose to climb the laser machine to get bird feather? I saw 1 up there and I've tried using the wire but suddenly fall at certain height.

You can walk upon them if you build up high enough to get there. Wouldn't bother for one feather though, there's plenty at each place the crow roosts on.

The bird bath near the hedge has been a consistent place to get feathers for me. Almost everytime I go over to that area there is a large feather, which gives you 6 feather pieces. I've also heard the picnic table is a great spot to get them as well but I haven't explored that part of the yard just yet.

Edit: forgot to mention the feathers near the bird bath are usually on the ground, so there is no need to climb anything :)

yeah i gave up after circling around the area few times. doesn't seem to worth it to build a tower for it. Was just wondering if my game is buggy coz the wire seems like a climbing route though.

also thanks for that bird bath suggestion. been there couple of times but didnt see one (maybe just my luck) but i'll definitely go there again to check. thanks, great help.

The thing about feathers is that there is no exact respawn, when the crow flies away the feather falls and it could fall anywhere based on the game physics. I found them on the cracks on the toxic zone and on the rock, a few on the tree, others on the spiders nests... its random, dont try to search them, you will find them eventually.

u r absolutely right. wasn't look for it now i have feathers more than i need.
