Rip off from Smalland

I feel like this is a rip off from smalland(which hasn't been released yet) so is this a game with low content? If it is then this game was probably just made as a Yoink to Smalland. Which they have put considerable time into....

Just go to the smallland page and have a good look at the Devs, Producers and their social media as well as homepages and you will easily see smallland is just going to be a ripoff; not of any movie but a simplistic cashgrab

Well all you doubters can just keep doubting the fact is Smalland has 2 people and it takes longer than a 15 man team for Grounded. Good or bad I think this game stole the idea from Smalland I'd like to hear from Grounded why or how they came up with the idea to have a survival sandbox game while shrunk.

In the first movie the kids are literally trying to “survive” in the backyard as they figure out what’s happening.

Smalland appears to be have been completely nerfed and is no longer even being considered.... by me for purchase. They took out 1p. All those vids of 1p views from the initial launch are now not a thing.... It''s a total console game. Bunch of idiots that got a hold of that great possibility.

yeah man cause people only use one form of art to make their art. at this point i cant tell if your a troll or just a complete idiot its really hard to tell so great work either way.

and yes everything isnt everything all the time thats exactly the point all of us are trying to make. and as others mentioned the devs themselves say if you like grounded you might like their game. just like take the L man.

there have been so many examples of being small in different mediums throught history its not that insane of a concept to think more that one of the 7 billion people on earth couldnt have had an idea about it.

Oh Smalland...this placeholder resting for nearly three years on my wishlist.....wouldn't it be sad if some rough ideas presented in screenshots, prevent other from creating playable games?

How do you rip off a concept? There is no patent on settings. Not every shooter is ripping off doom, not every elf belongs to Tolkin, not every jrpg is because of FF. Can we just stop with that?

And as far as it being a "yoink" to a game thats been in dev heal and may well never see the light of day....... sod off. I suggest Smallland fans focus there annoyance at the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ devs over others taking the same concept and actually producing a playable game.

The game you are referring to, not only has been featured on the Dirty Devs, but still has no means of purchase, after securing a 1 million grand by Epic years ago.
