I got a huge problem with my game PLEASE NEED HELP!!

Hey guys! So ive bought grounded and i tried to start this game, It said i should login to my microsoft account, I did but then it said this: "here is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser." Ive already tried several options like as reseting my password or reinstalling the game but nothing worked, It would be cool if you guys could help me to solve this problem :(

Go into the game, click log out. Then Quit the game. Then start game and login, this time with new password if you've reset it and it should work.

I cant even log in or log out in the game, im an "offline" user, when i try to sign up it shows this error message :/

Okay, do you have an account with microsoft? ie an xbox gamer tag?

If not, goto account.live.com and register an account, then use that login/pw to log in to grounded.

It's an annoying system. But it's what we have to work with atm. You should be able to start a single player game without logging in tho.

I already got a microsoft account, like i said i cant even log into grounded because it says the error message, when i want to register and play multiplayer, it says this error message :/ Do you got discord maybe we can talk there privately would be awesome !

Check my thread above yours. Your account has most likely been blocked and you need to go to account.live.com - sign in - get veri code - and unblock.

Try this. Also try log out. Restart game, log in.. sometimes it clears it that way.

i dont have an xbox never had one and never had an xbox live account
used same email and password that you use to sign into windows(microsoft account=same as google account)=that worked=play the game
i didnt have to create an xbox live account=use email and password that use to login to windows for microsoft account=my hotmail account n password let me in when none of the other login options work at all
same email n password i use to get into the windows 10 mail app
if its blocked do what Martin quoted above (junk mail often locks ones account for spam or if havn't looked in the inbox for a few years)
deleting the contents of the maine appdata folder may also reset it n make you login again
same thing happen with tv apps 9 now abc 10 play etc if use wrong password with correct email when setup a new account (facebook might have same email but different password)_ it screw it up n links wrong email password to correct email=try to login=you already have an account but right password is wrong=wtf
thats not fun to fix if did that to xbox live account =if made new account n it broke it change password of new account to same password login to windows with as long as it has same email as microsoft account you get into windows with
if that happens logout reset password from ya phone on website of email you use to sign into windows n try again=write it down incase pc decides to lock you out of windows when restart pc esp if changed your microsoft account password
i disabled my windows login so i don't have to enter it every time i turn my pc on but if take pc to someone elses house n use thier internet it ask to login again(windows is locked)=same happens with xbox live=don't forget the windows password

if have an xbox use the login details for that xbox in the xbox option to login
